编者按：海洋科学学院成立于2008年，学院一直牢牢把握和持续推进人才主战略，根据海洋科学一级学科设置方向，不断加大海内外人才引进力度，积聚不同层次的优秀人才，目前教职员工136人，其中专任教师53人、专职科研人员63人、科研助理及行政教辅人员20人。2015年以来，学院新引进人才75名，其中教授3名、研究员9名、副教授4名、副研究员32名、讲师2名、博士后25名，他们业已融入学院大家庭，并正逐步成为高水平的、可依赖的学术力量。

个人学习及工作简介

博士于2013年毕业于加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学, 师从加拿大皇家学院院士/AGU Fellow Roger Francois教授, 从事铀系天然放射性同位素

英文简介

I finished my PhD in the University of British Columbia, Canada, in 2013 with Prof. Roger Francois (Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, AGU Fellow) on the application of U-series natural isotopes in Oceanography. During my PhD, I mainly focused on the reconstruction of the deep ocean circulation, particle flux in water column and etc. After I graduated, I worked in the Dalhousie University, Canada, as a Postdoc for three years between 2013 and 2016 with Prof. Bernard P. Boudreau (Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada) to work on the ocean carbonate system. During that time, I mainly focused on paleo-CaCO3-sedimentation and the ongoing ocean acidification and etc. After that, I worked as a researcher in the University of Bergen to use earth system models for ocean circulation and carbon cycle. My current research, based on both theoretical and experimental means, aims to investigate hotspot topics in Marine Chemistry including the mechanisms of U-series isotopes distributions in the global ocean and its applications, and carbon and nutrient cycles in the ocean, as well as hotspot topics in Marine Geology including paleo-circulation reconstruction, paleo-sedimentation and Source-to-Sink processes. In above areas, I have published 14 scientific research papers in journals such as Nature Geoscience, Nature Communications, EPSL, GRL and etc, with 8 of them first-authored.
