儿童教育专家发现，在4岁时记住6首以上童谣的孩子，8到9岁时往往在学校表现得更好，甚至会成为顶级的阅读者。
这是因为，听儿歌童谣，是培养孩子听到、识别、使用单词的好方法，这正是教孩子早期阅读的主要方式之一。多听童谣，还能培养孩子的想象力，扩大孩子的词汇量。
童谣的好处这么多，要是我们能学会几首，唱给孩子听就更好了。
所以，这次特意分享了一期真正适合零基础小白妈妈的英文儿歌，旋律简单活泼、歌词循环重复，没有生僻词，一起来听一听~

这首儿歌原本有很多小节，但流传最广的，是第一小节：

动作参考：
除了像上图那样，做动作表演给孩子看之外，我们还可以和孩子面对面坐着，一边唱一边做划船的互动动作：
rock back and forth.抓着对方的手前后晃动。
如果是很小的宝宝，可以把孩子抱在膝盖上，像哄睡或安抚一样，轻轻前后摇动。

这首经典的韵律儿歌，只用了10个左右的单词，而且每一句的结尾都完全押韵，读起来非常的朗朗上口，基本听一遍就能记住它的旋律。

动作参考：
这首歌最好玩的部分是，可以把歌词中的第三句，换成孩子自己的名字，或者爸爸妈妈等养育者的名字：
[child's name] wants to play.
另外，除了改写第三句的歌词外，这首歌还可以再一次改编，改成教星期天概念的版本。

Itsy-Bitsy Spider，是一首家喻户晓的儿歌，美国幼儿园的孩子基本都会唱，差不多就相当于我们国内的两只老虎。

这首歌的配套动作也很简单：
左手拇指按住右手食指，然后用右手拇指按住左手食指，就像蜘蛛爬上去一样。一直重复这个动作，表示蜘蛛在一直往上爬。
向下摆动手指，模仿下雨。
向左右两边张开手，表示太阳出来。
再一次用左手拇指按住右手食指，然后用右手拇指按住左手食指，模仿蜘蛛往上爬的动作。

很多妈妈应该比较熟悉的一首美国传统民谣，也是英、美、加拿大等国的流行儿歌。整首歌都是对这一小节的重复，只是改了歌词中的几个单词。

再加上朗朗上口的节奏，很容易有“洗脑”的效果——听一遍就会在脑子里无限循环。
这首儿歌中有几个重复做的动作：
两只胳膊像下图这样绕，表示车轮转啊转的动作。
还有车子喇叭响的动作。
车门开了又关的动作。

又是一首经典的快乐歌，教会孩子表达自己的情绪。这首歌经常作为幼儿园和幼儿机构的暖场歌曲，改编成的中文版《幸福拍手歌》，也是家喻户晓。
